Okay but Borat specifically is not a government program to get people to agree with genocide. I also am struggling to recall any wars Brits or Americans had against Kazakhstan. Borat tries to haggle with the first Hotel clerk he meets, he drives on the wrong side of the road during his driving lesson and he tries to kiss just about every male he meets, including the guy who states that if Borats kisses him he will pop him one. For some reason he never kisses women on the cheek.
