Ill preface by saying this only applies to ITEMS- e.g. OP pickups and machines like golden bombs, bone hearts and crane game dont count. So, obviously most people would prefer all items unlocked simply for the diversity, but, if we look at it from the average strength of a run, would you say its higher with NO unlockable items, or ALL of them?
