Hace 5 días · For a 22-year old guitar, I consider a neck reset and a refret to be maintenance costs—just part of the cost of ownership. The bridge issues are different—some (many) guitars have no issues, and some others do. If the bridge was removed and reglued, and then lifted again, that sounds like an issue with the repair.

I didn’t do work myself on guitars at the time so I had it worked on at Mike and Mikes’s Guitar Bar. I gave them free reign to swap out any of the signal chain they thought looked too cheap. They changed pots, caps, and wiring.
