  7. Hace 2 días · While I agree that Thutmose III is the big dog for all of Egypt, I find him kind of overrated all things considered. I don't know if he instituted any army reforms. But he was likely just using the army inherited from Ahmose I, Amenhotep I, Thutmose I, and Thutmose II. He wasn't even the first pharaoh to campaign in the Levant.
