Keep your thoughts moving I grieved for nearly 3 months, letting myself feel everything. But recently, whenever I have a thought of my ex (which is still all the time) instead of letting the thought come and just leave a feeling of sadness, I will carry on the thought and maybe label it as what it was and move on.

Fitting with the Twitter poll and the fact that I'm actively playing Lighthouse for the first time due to the Punisher questline, I wanted to know your opinion on Lighthouse. It's hard to miss that Lighthouse gets a lot of criticism and before I even loaded into the map for the first time, I read a lot of negative things about Lighthouse in various YT videos or here on Reddit.
Hace 5 días · Acknowledge and healthily express all feelings you experience. By allowing emotions to come and go, you gain control over them rather than them controlling you. When moving through grief, it can be helpful to be patient with yourself. It's not a linear process, and some days may be more challenging than others.
