We will stay there some days before to Issyk-Kul. I see it has new lakes and parks, but I’m not sure how to assess them properly. Are there nice playgrounds for kids? Is there a lot of shade?
From issyk kul lake to karakol. What is the cheapest and best way (aside from car), to travel from issyk kul to karakol ? How many hours would it take? Go to Cholpon-Ata “avtovokzal” and choose: whole taxi, seat in taxi, or seat in minibus. Same with other cities.
