My gripe about grinding in Diablo 4 is that it's being cut up into small pieces which completely destroys the flow. I would even say it's why Helltides are so popular and well-liked by a lot of people: it's open-ended for 45 minutes at a time, you can join and leave as you like and keep your "progress", and if you only pick up Greater Affix items then you don't even have to go back to town all ...
So, there's only two reasons why you'd want a Toxic/Flame orb and those are: To give it to an oponent and burn them. Which isn't a particularly useful gimmick given the nature of this game, but it could be useful to have it on a pickup shiny and have Eternatus burn itself while you stall it.
