doingMyBestHere05. • 2 days ago • Edited 2 days ago. For me, I’d harvest now :) Saying this because it looks like the caps are starting to uncurl and flatten out. From what I’ve learned, this transition (or just before) is the time to harvest. I’ve found success harvesting mine around that time.
