I created an awesome clarified milk punch for the venue I work at at the beginning of the year. Because of having been busy, I completely forgot about it and didn't put it on the menu straight away. Now I tasted the batch and the flavour has changed. It's spiky Iike cider. I used lemon juice, instead of citric acid in creating it.

Step 2: Make the punch. Scoop the full gallon of ice cream into a large punch bowl. Pour the sweetened coffee mixture over the ice cream, then sprinkle cinnamon on top.
