Hace 3 días · Sir Thomas More PC (7 February 1478 – 6 July 1535), venerated in the Catholic Church as Saint Thomas More, was an English lawyer, judge, social philosopher, author, statesman, amateur theologian, and noted Renaissance humanist. He also served Henry VIII as Lord High Chancellor of England from October 1529 to May 1532.

Paul dogmatically states: “if Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins” (1 Cor 15:17). Clearly for him, Christ’s resurrection is foundational to our hope of salvation.
Hace 5 días · The Kenneth More Theatre was named after the much loved British Film and Stage actor Kenneth More who died in 1982. Featuring a steeply raked auditorium which seats 350 with a proscenium arch stage with fly tower and orchestra pit for 26 musicians. It was designed by the Borough Architect and officially opened on 3 January 1975.
