I would go with a complete from Landyachtz. For street or park setups I prefer Indys, but those Polar Bear trucks from LY are very playful and lots of fun on a cruiser. The Dinghy series from LY is very well made and well thought out. This is one of the few times I think the complete is the best option. 3.
