It was explained that CO2 is denser/heavier than air and so it has more energy than compressed air. (At the same pressure) Helium is less dense/lighter than air. Would it not have less energy? _____

If the eggs weren't boiled in water in advance of putting them in the air fryer then air frying is not making hard boiled eggs, that's hard baked eggs. In any event I'm intrigued enough with the idea to try it myself in the air fryer. I'd never have thought of trying to bake the eggs in the shell.
