Hace 4 días · A graduate of the Dominica Grammar School (DGS) Dr. Shillingford graduated with a BS with a focus on Botany, Mathematics, and Chemistry from the University of West Indies (UWI) in 1960. He later earned an MS in Botany from King’s College and a PhD in plant science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

He was 91 years old born on February 15th 1933. His primary education was the Roseau Boys School, followed by secondary education at the Dominica Grammar School.

Cardinal Kelvin Felix took retirement in 2008 and returned back to his homeland, Dominica. After reaching there, he served as parish priest of Grandbay and later Soufriere.
