Hace 4 días · Oscar Peterson / Girl Talk - 日々JAZZ★. 1965年末から68年4月までのピアノソロを含む4回のセッションを組み合わせたアルバム。 そのいずれもが、ドイツのレーベルMPSのオーナーであるHans Georg Brunner-Schwer（ハンス・ゲオルク・ブルナーシュワー）の自宅スタジオでの録音。 同時期に行なわれた67年11月12日のセッションは、アルバムThe Way I Really Playとして、本作と同様に68年にリリースされているので、この2枚は姉妹編と捉えることができる。 The Way ... は熱の入った演奏で、オスカー・ピーターソン自身が酔っている感じだ。 それに比べ、本作は少し落ち着いた雰囲気。
