Head over to one of the bus counters ( Bus Sur or Buses Gomez) and get a round-trip ticket to Torres del Paine for tomorrow. The current 2019 schedule is 7:00 AM, 7:15 AM, and 12:00 PM. I would recommend that you get the earliest one possible.
