My cardiophobia is ruining my life. I’m a 23 year old male. I’ve always struggled with anxiety, but recently I’ve struggled with hypochondria, more specifically, cardiophobia. My father suffered a heart attack in 2019, my grandfather passed away after two consecutive heart attacks before I was born, that’s where my fear started.
