Next I did the more technical stuff with multimeter. I checked Mass Air Flow sensor(MAF), Idle Air Control valve(IAC), Throttle Position Sensor(TPS) and Engine Coolant Temp sensor (ECT). My TPS was going bad so I replaced it. Easy way to do this is to mark the old sensor and throttle body. Then match the old one.
