Anyway, my friend suggested a few gnomes would look good around the garden, he reckoned they wouldn’t cost a lot but we couldn’t think where we could get some. Years back you could get them from people who’d mould them and sell them, when I was a nipper we had some large gnomes from the village gnome maker.
