Heavy was made to take less knockback (which is a feature of the class) and this gun would defy that one feature of it, regarding the 200% percent more firing speed, heavy puts in enough damage so this would probably be a sub optimal item usable for very niche situations.

Several things about this that make me smile, be they intentional or not: If we go strictly by the Meet The Team videos, it is specifically RED Spy and BLU Scout (who later switched to RED, based on the comics) who are related, very neat way to align things.. They're hanging out, despite being on opposing teams, and on Teufort, where they are pretty much the MVP's of getting the intelligence.
