Add that to the fact that Godzilla can feel Kong's every move with his planet-scoping power, and the ultimate battle between the two was completely unavoidable.

A follow-up series, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters has had a successful first season and has been renewed for a second, while the two behemoths then teamed up again for Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire (2024).
