Maybe i am wrong but studying Indys case, there were a few similar things what Indy did before he did his shooting that Ethan did too. Example. Indy used a similar gun to Ethan He loaded and prepared himself in the bathroom like Ethan did. He also surrended before the police got there. Same as Ethan when he surrended at OHS, Michigan.
