TEM equipped with electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS) was performed to further investigate the local morphological and structural evolution of the SC-NMC samples.

Hace 5 días · Apart from the high-resolution transmission electron microscope (TEM) results, the electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) showed a clear σ *-band peak and valley (289.5 eV and 302.0 eV) as well as π *-band peak (285.0 eV), revealing the nanowall consisted of a diamond as the core and graphene layers as the shell (Fig. 15.1b2) .
