Hace 1 día · In short, it’s not a close call. Labson’s mastering on the 2003 “Deluxe Version” is much better than Takiguchi’s on the 2007 A&M Years CD. Indeed, the Mobile Fidelity disc is also clearly better than the 2007 CD. Given that, the Labson-mastered 2003 “Deluxe Edition” of Night and Day is the winner of the TBVO crown.
Hace 2 días · I don't think the original had any mistakes, except that "logic" is uncountable. (The person above me didn't even correct that bit, though.) I think it sounds a bit more polished this way: I think that if you put too much energy into trying to follow proper English grammar or rules, you'll just sound robotic, and you won't be able to really convey your feelings genuinely.
