A comedy horror a bit similar in style to e.g. "Nothing but Trouble" (1991). Seemed to be 1980s movie, but could be a TV show episode, and could be older. Live action. I saw a part of it in the early 1990s. There's a Dr. Frankenstein-like villain, and a couple is trapped in his mansion/castle.
