Hace 4 días · It's now clear what the problem is. When charging, Octopus usually split the charge into 2 or 3 sessions, eg. 1am to 3am then 4.30am to 5.30am. During the 'break' Zappi disengages the locking pin then tries to relock. But the weight of the cable can move the plug slightly stopping the pin re-engaging.
