The song was originally released in 1981, then re-recorded after the band performed the song in the motion picture "Valley Girl" in 1983. Though moderate succsess followed, they soon broke up.

Hace 3 días · As the weeks flew past, I unfortunately (or not) didn’t make it to that Plimsouls / Buzzcocks show, but some of the others did and managed to get busted and sent back home on the next flight. The repercussions of breaking curfew and going off campus were pretty strict, since we’re dealing with a bunch of smartass underage kids and zero-tolerance was just germinating under the Reagan Regime.
