Geezer here. Late 80's Vancouver. Standing at a bus stop near PNE after my shift. Guy in car stops and asks if I want to go to a party in Burnaby. He was half my size so I thought "what could go wrong"? Three blocks down a young woman was waiting at a bus stop, so he stopped, asked her if she wanted to come along, and she got in the car.
