Hace 2 horas · It was really a result of lockdown. In n 2020 when COVID-19 hit, I like many other musicians lost all my performance work. I was fortunate to still have my final year of study at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, so I pitched the idea of quietnote to my tutors and was given the go-ahead to research the relationship between mindfulness and music.
