The overwhelming success of “My Sharona” propelled them to stardom, and they produced a beat that is still sampled today by artists all over the world. Their second song “Good Girls Don’t” included lyrics that were controversial and had to be edited for radio.

The song found a second wave of popularity when it was featured on the soundtrack for “Reality Bites” in 1994 — so much so that the band began another tour.
Turns out, it's wasn't "My Sharona" by the Knack. On the bright side, everyone was feeling the groove. Well, not the one guy, but everyone else, had fun at that accident.
