From Adrian Belew's solo album Lone Rhino. I don't see much appreciation for them online but I think these lyrics are so genius. The literal interpretation is very fun and makes you feel a bit bad about zoo animals, but the lyrics are also perfectly pointing out at a metaphor for feeling lonely for being different or going too far from your true self.
