Jimmy Elkins was officially announced as the band's new vocalist in October 2019: he is featured on the Battleground live album. Tony Mikus (Big Engine) briefly stood in for Elkins in some live gigs of 2022.

Jimmy Elkins took his place and was officially announced as the band's new vocalist in October 2019. Steve Holland, the last original member of the group, died on August 2, 2020.

Elkins sounded great on the gems “Whiskey Man”, “Bounty Hunter” and “Beatin’ The Odds” in which did the songs justice. Of course “Flirtin’ With Disaster” brought the house down and was Elkins finest song.

The upcoming shows will see Ingram & Co. not only present their greatest hits, they will also introduce their new vocalist Jimmy Elkins, who has joined the fold to replace the late Phil McCormack, who sadly passed away in April 2019.
26 de nov. de 2019 · In April 2019, longtime vocalist Phil McCormack passed away, shortly thereafter replaced with the band’s fourth and current vocalist, Jimmy Elkins. The longest persisting member of Molly Hatchet today is keyboard player John Galvin, having first become a member of the band in 1984.
