George Thorogood and the Destroyers released their eponymous debut album in 1977 and by the 1980s they hit the big time when they became an opening act for the Rolling Stones in 1981 and then appeared on Saturday Night Live in 1982.

Recently we caught up with George via Zoom to discuss what’s happening these days with George and The Destroyers. The band is touring in celebration of 50 years.
