Hace 4 días · Prick the base of each pastry case, and then return them to the fridge for 15 minutes. While they're in the fridge preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 180℃ (fan-forced) Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on a wire rack. Spread a small amount of your favourite jam over each cooled tart base.
Hace 5 días · Pour the egg custard into each pastry case, to 3/4 full. Grate fresh nutmeg over the tops of each custard tart. Place the muffin/patty tin back in the oven, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the custard is set but still a little wobbly. Remove them from the oven, and allow to cool before serving them.
