  3. Hace 3 días · MANORS AND OTHER ESTATES. In 1086 NORTH PETHERTON manor was part of the king's land and had never paid geld. Its holders owed a fee farm to the Crown; in 1761 the farm of 5 guineas was paid to Antony Duncombe, Baron Feversham (d. 1763), presumably by grant. The fee farm was paid to the Crown in 1779 but by 1860 to William, Lord Radnor, son of Lord Feversham's daughter Anne.
