  7. Pull the retractor all the way back, then let go. Just let go. Don't hesitate, don't ease it forward, let go. If it still won't run.. then you have a problem. When you prepare to load a mag, run the bolt back with the charging handle and lock it in place before you insert the mag. This has solved 99% of my failure to feed problems in the past.
