Anyone have experience with glicerina? On a recent vacation in Brazil a relatively suggest glicerina pre-workout. I added 10cc or ml to 32oz of water 1hr pre-workout. The pump was ridiculous, just wondering why I've never heard of this, or is it a different name here? 1.
