I bought a 120cm beaded necklace with 6cm beads in the colour "Antique Bronze". I then cut the necklace where I wanted the orbs to be. (I counted to 21 beads before I cut, just like the Authentic Vivienne lighter necklace) The orbs are actually from a fake pair of Vivienne earrings that I bought secondhand for this specific reason.
