The strength of the film was set pieces like Crematoria and crazy worlds for Riddick to do crazy, wild shit in. When the film slowed down it got boring. Not bad, but not amazing. 3 World building in th first 1/3 was great with Riddick learning how to survive and solving problems. It felt like an alien world with Alien fauna for Riddick to tame.
