Hace 21 horas · Albert Collins. Albert Collins was called the “Master of the Telecaster” because of his guitar prowess but he also had a powerfully raw vocal style that was distinct. He was born in Leona, Texas in 1932 and through the influence of his cousin Lightnin’ Hopkins, he developed an interest in music at an early age.

Een ander voorbeeld was de live opname van het optreden van Son House in het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam in 1967. Prachtig qua geluid. Maar er was ook beeld. De band Barrelhouse met Albert Collins uit 1978. Toen was de master of Telecaster nog onbekend.

Loney left in 1971, disenchanted by the music business and the failure of the band to break big. He was replaced by Chris Wilson, who became the new main lead singer.
