At Bennington you design your own course of study and work, taking full advantage of the College’s resources both inside and outside the classroom. This process goes beyond the bounds of a traditional major.
Two Ways to Apply: The Choice Is Yours. For first-year students applying to the College, Bennington offers two options: THE DIMENSIONAL APPLICATION. Share a collection of your work that reflects your capacities and demonstrates creativity, curiosity, and readiness to meet the demands of a Bennington education. THE COMMON APPLICATION.
The Campus. Bennington’s campus is known for its expansive beauty, distinctive architecture, and rich history. Nestled on 440 acres at the foot of the Green Mountains, the campus was named one of the most beautiful in the country by The Princeton Review, and one of the top ten colleges with the best architecture by Architectural Digest.
