The standard hitconfirm for Valentine is 2LK 2MK, if this is blocked you are -2 on block (safe). This route gives plenty of time to visually hitconfirm. An alternative hitconfirm is 2LKx2. This leaves you +0 on block making it good for tic throws and the suction prevents the opponent from pushblocking you away.
