Trackers are sorted by popularity and latency (from best to worst). WebSocket trackers (AKA WebTorrent, ws, wss) are supported by few clients. More info.
Empezar a descargar el archivo .torrent en uTorrent. Después tendrás que ir al archivo que quieres acelerar y click derecho encima. This is probably a stupid question. But how do I use this list? For example trackers_best.txt. I've always clicked a torrent link on a tracker's website (well, a magnet link). I know that I could add these trackers to an existing torrent to maybe find more peers; that much I've done before.
