The problem is they send a 6 digit password reset code, when I enter the code they send, it says “the number you have entered doesn’t match the code, please try again”. So the code they sent is wrong?? How do I fix this and get back into my account. Thank you
10 de dic. de 2021 · We have a user who has tried several times to enter the verification code that appears on his phone but it doesn't work. He keeps receiving "Invalid Verification Code". He also tried to "Choose Another Verification Method" and manually added his account including the long key that was provided.
