The Gucci Logo. In 1933, Guccio Gucci’s son, Aldo Gucci, joined the family business. Up until this point, the company had operated without any sort of official logo. However, Aldo set out to change that. In designing a logo for the brand, Aldo combined his father’s initials into a double-G design.

This unusual mascot resembles a hotel porter, a call-back to Guccio’s time working at the Savoy hotel. From a design standpoint, it’s certainly the outlier in the evolution of the Gucci logo.
The Rosso Ancora packaging with a white Gucci Logo is extracted from the outer box, and the outer box itself is removed from view, allowing the packaging to be the center of attention, framed from the top. The hands proceed to untie the red ribbon, decorated with multiple Gucci logos, and open the packaging.
