Both a loving ode to and pastiche critique of the yuppified-WASPy-discoball-coke-fueled phenomenon that pervaded “The Early 1980s”; The Last Days of Disco presents us with a group of characters who’s complete lack of any kind of self-awareness gives them the oddest sort of charm, where the irony is so thick that the film winds up a witty satire that’s dryer than a vodka tonic.
