In fact she studied graphic design at Glasgow School of Art and moved to London in her mid-twenties to design book covers for the Thames and Hudson publishing house.
Georgie Glen (born 20 April 1956) is a Scottish actress, best known for her stage and television work. Her most notable role is as Hannah More in the 2006 film Amazing Grace . Other roles she's played include John Ruskin 's mother in the TV mini-series Desperate Romantics about the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood and a recurring role in Heartbeat as Sgt Jennifer Noakes.
