The Ventures ist eine US-amerikanische Instrumental-Rock-Band, die 1959/1960 auf Initiative des Gitarristen Don Wilson und des E-Bassgitarristen Bob Bogle aus Seattle in Portland gegründet wurde. Weitere frühe Mitglieder waren der Gitarrist Nole „Nookie“ Edwards und der Schlagzeuger Mel Taylor. The Ventures sind seit ihrer Gründung kontinuierlich aktiv.
