His stand would probably be like the computer for burning down the house. It would give useful information about enemies and would have an element of atum being able to detect if someone was lying. Speedwagon feels like he'd have a Stand similar to Highway Star, but more about defensive power than speed.
Also, Speedwagon served as a sort of anti-Dio. Despite growing up in the same streets as Dio, Speedwagon grew into an emotional and compasionate man, rather than into a power-hungry, literally cold-blooded monster like Dio, and only robbed people in order to survive extreme poverty in the slums before running into Jonathan.

And the REO motor company, along with Vulcraft, Valley Metals, and Nuclear Corporation of America became Nucor, the biggest American mini-mill steel maker and the largest steel maker in the US. Apparently Nucor headquarters still has an REO Speedwagon hubcap.
