Sherri J. Tenpenny, D.O., graduated from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. After completing a rotating internship at Michigan Osteopathic Medical Center, Dr. Tenpenny began working at Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center in Findlay, Ohio in 1986.
