Harvey Weinstein ([ˈhɑɹːvɪ ˈwaɪ̯nstiːn]; * 19. März 1952 in Flushing , Queens , New York City ) ist ein ehemaliger US-amerikanischer Filmproduzent und verurteilter Sexualstraftäter . Als Gründer und langjähriger Geschäftsführer der Produktionsfirmen Miramax und Weinstein Company produzierte er ab den 1990er-Jahren zahlreiche bekannte Hollywood-Filme.
